Menu Selection and Confirmation

Our catering coordinator and chef are eager to help you choose menu options that perfectly match your event.

• Menus should be finalized at least 14 days before the event.

• All food and beverage arrangements, including food, liquor, and wine, must be confirmed 7 days prior to your occasion to guarantee availability.

• Please note that all food and beverages must be exclusively provided by the hotel, with the exception of the wedding cake. Health regulations prevent the removal of leftover food after the event.

The final guest count for food and beverage services must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event. You will be billed for either the number of guaranteed guests or the number of attendees, whichever is higher.
