And that's just the beginning! Imagine relaxing in the hot tub on the rooftop while stargazing, or taking a thrilling plunge down the water slide into the warm, pristine waters of Sproat Lake. Your unforgettable houseboating adventure is just around the corner.

All of our houseboats accommodate up to 15 people, although some variations exist depending on the model. Aboard this spacious approximately 1,000 square foot, two-story vessel, you'll discover three staterooms, two penthouse bunk rooms, two bathrooms, and a full-sized kitchen, along with both forward and rear access to the bridge deck.

On the bridge deck, you can enjoy a range of features, such as a Bimini top, wet bar in some models, hot tub, sunbathing/dance area, and slide. (Please note that options may vary by model.) Importantly, all boats are equipped with hot tubs and slides.

The penthouse loft serves as a fantastic sleeping area for children or those young at heart. Additionally, most of our houseboats include a remote fueling station at the rear, allowing you to conveniently fill up your boats and personal watercraft anywhere on the lake.

Experience Rustic Charm in Our Quaint Cabins

Our charming cabins provide a delightful rustic experience right by the water's edge. Built in the 1920s, these cabins certainly possess a unique character. The main cabin has a personality of its own; occasionally, the water will stop flowing, only to start again (we like to blame the friendly ghosts who enjoy this playful prank, especially when you're in the shower).

If you're looking to immerse yourself in a traditional cabin experience right by the water, this is the perfect spot. You're just a stone's throw away from the restaurant and pub, ensuring you won’t have to walk far for delicious food and drinks.
