We liked the high ceilings, the aesthetic of the venue and the choice of having a buffet during covid-19 times. We also felt that Danielle was very knowledgeable about the protocols and was very professional. She was also very attentive to us and answered all of our questions patiently. We felt we were in good hands.
We greatly enjoyed the friendly and fun attitude of Janet. Her funny anecdotes helped to put us at ease, and she was very knowledgeable about all aspects of a wedding. The level of service was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and wished we could take more home, lol! We also loved the size of the dance floor and the ambiance of the panorama room. The day went so smoothly and that was greatly attributed to the coordinators and staff and the high level of organization. A & A
