Gibby’s catered our wedding this summer in Lake Cowichan and it was wonderful. We decided on a taco bar, which was perfect as it had options for most dietary needs. We also got two appetizer boards, and margarita mixer for our bar. We had so many guests compliment the food! From our original meeting Sandi was organized, communicative, and professional. She had great suggestions if we needed them and was accommodating.
